The more unique S2
Please, unique is absolute, either it "is" or it "isn't".
rumors place the $599 (S1) and $699 (S2)
Or, "place them at ...", perhaps "place the S1 at $599 and S2 at $699"?
Finally, AFAIK John Lewis is a UK chain so how come no UK pricing?

Because the majority of readers for this particular Toms are American and everyone knows that when they see a currency listed that isn't dollars we may as well be talking backwards in Chinese.
It's called "dumbing down" for the natives, mkay?

Which obviously the UK natives need to have done for them since they are complaining about it and can't just google it.

[citation][nom]Gamer-girl[/nom]The S2 looks like a DS. Does anyone else see wasted space around the screen?[/citation]

Actually you need to have space for your fingers to hold the device. It not like normal laptops or monitors where extra bezel is just waste of space. With tablets it is necessary.

The S1 looks bog standard tablet fare. If it's truly better than competitors it might do well, but it's in a crowded market.

The S2 is more promising. For messaging, this thing looks great, even better than a phone imo. Multitasking on a tablet is always nice. But best of all, its foldable design could make it fit in jacket pockets, purses and so on.
