Sony Vaio don't turn on

Model:VPCEB1SOE
It is an old model. It is not turning on. When i press the power button it flashes green thn turn off. I tried unplaging power and battery and pressing the power button for more that 30 sec. But it didn't work out. I tried cleaning the RAM. But still not working.
