Sony Vaio SVE14A1HFXB Laptop CPU upgrade?

Hi, I was considering purchasing this laptop.
It's a Sony Vaio SVE14A1HFXB with an Intel Core i5-3210M 2.5GHz with Intel HD Graphics 4000.
I was wondering if I could upgrade its CPU to an i7 with better on-board Intel graphics (since I heard the CPU and GPU are on the same chip)? What's the max it can go? Is it possible to install a better graphics card besides an Intel on-board solution?

Money's the issue. This was only $55 shipped.
Looks like I can't upgrade the cpu though. Still better then my current laptop though.

How do we know which processor this laptop has?
Could be this one which is soldered to the motherboard. Intel® Core™ i5-3210M Processor
(3M Cache, up to 3.10 GHz) BGA
