Sony Vegas Pro 12 tag bug [Solution needed]

Hi, so I started using SV12 some time ago, and it worked fine. I liked the new Tag options, since I prefer large projects with thousands of subclips. However, lately, none of my tags will save! I would make a subclip, tag it, save the project and exit. But when I opened it again, the tag was gone! The subclip was still there but it wasn't tagged. It goes like this for EVEYTHING. I honestly don't know what to do.
Anybody knows how to fix this?
I'm using build 563.

I don't know that this will help but it may be worth a shot. Sometimes clearing the cache (not sure if this is a media cache or thumbnail cache) will help solve some unexplained problems. I'm guessing this is done under Preferences but not sure where. I did a search on the issue and came up with very little and nothing useful.
