Sony Vegas Pro 13 Rendering Freeze and Stopped

i have a sony vegas pro 13 installed on my computer it was doing fine until two days a go i got problem with it.
i was trying to save as my project in a new folder and copy media with project. but process bar stopped at 97% and vegas didn't respond any more. i tried that for couple of times but always happened the same.
and also when i tried to render my project process bar freeze at a certain number but approximate time left decreasing to 0 but nothing happened.
i'm sorry about my english but please help me

One of the solutions for this freezing problem is by turning off GPU acceleration.
Launch Sony Vegas Pro as the administrator. then go to options > preferences and Turn (OFF) GPU Acceleration.
Apply the setting's and restart the program.

i tried what you said but it didn't solve my problem.
vegas GPU accelerator was already disable, i enabled it then test and again disabled it and tested again but nothing changed.
i also test my older projects and made a new project they all running without problem.
i don't know what to do
