Sony Vegas Pro 13 render starts 24 seconds in?

Hey

Just as the title describes I am rendering one of my youtube videos and it only starts rendering 24 seconds into the video? i thought it was maybe that my intro video was corrupt but it totally skips the intro and then starts 10 seconds into the actual video - so it doesnt seem to be a media issue. I am supposed to upload today now i cant render any suggestions would be awesomely appreciated.

Could you provide a screen shot of the timeline? I don't know about Vegas but Premiere has a work area bar that if not set from beginning to end will only render what is in the work area bar region.
