T-Mobile historically has used the standard-sized SIM for most of their phones, unless the upgrade has required the customer to move to the MicroSim. The newer SIMs look like this, the larger cutout is a standard SIM, while the smaller one is the Mini-SIM.

Your best bet would be to check which SIM you have, because you may have to update your SIM. More importantly it should be noted that the Sola only operates on the GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz bands, which means that on T-Mobiles network, you will connect only at Edge/2G speeds as T-Mobile is 1700/2100 for HSPA+ ("4G"), although T-Mobile has started to change this to allow iPhone customers to defect to TMobile. It should work on AT&T's network just fine.
