Sound Blaster Recon3D output audio jack doesn't work

Hello, a few days ago the audio output jack stopped working so the recon doesn't make any sound with headphones connected.
The ruling is only the audio jack because with the Omega wireless headphones the sound is perfectly heard.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing usb ports and even trying different types of headphones but it still not heard anything.
I have drivers and firmware updated so I think it must be a hardware problem of the recon.

How can I solve it? A week ago the audio output worked fine.

In that case I'll have to pay shipping costs and stay a month without it.
Is there any way to change the output of the microphone (which it works) for the one of the audio?

The curious thing is that just when I connect the headphones I hear a little noise as if it recognize that've plugged.

Hm... plug out this Blaster and put it in again (reinstal the drivers) you can try it on another device to check the problem. If the problem was the same you must watch for your warranty.

I've done everything you've said and still not working, the only solution is to send it to repair so I have to pay shipping ... Thanks anyway.
