Connect Creative Inspire T7900 to TV Samsung with optical out.
Can I use a digital sound decoder type 5.1 audio Gear ?

Yes you can but first check the TV audio menu to make sure the TV can output in 5.1 surround sound rather than stereo. Some TVs can't.
