Whats up guys. I'm looking for a sound system for my new PC I'm building to give me some kick ass sound for under $100.
Here is my computer build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/16DJW

I've been thinking about going with the Genius SW-G2.1 or CA-3602 set ups. I'll also be using them to listen to music of course.

I'd rather spend less than more on these speakers. :) Figured you guys would know what you're talking about.

Also, with gaming, how much wattage is a audio system going to eat? Will I be in danger of using too much power if I'm blasting bass and aliens at the same time? I plan on overclocking my CPU.

Thanks in advance.

This would give you better "kick ass" sound then cheap computer speakers. This is a 2.0 system then you can add speakers as needed.

Nice thing about these speakers since they have decent size woofers, they have pretty good bass. You can always add a sub later on, center and rear speakers later if you want. They are bigger than normal computers speakers.

Happy listening, the Prisoner...
