So for some reason, in my house the walls provide little to no sound proofing. Now I'm not looking for sound proofing as in everyone in my house is too loud, it's more like I'm too loud but i d want to be quiet. What soundproofing can i use that will keep my voice and music and whatnot from leaving my room and waking up my family. Help, please?!?!

P.S - I wasn't sure which category to put this in so that's why it's in home audio

Acoustic foam will keep higher frequencies from bouncing around from wall to wall. Won't work at all for bass but if loud whispers are a problem then it might be worth a try.
I would suggest you contact

Soundproofing your room to any significant degree would likely be rather expensive. Getting a high-quality set of headphones would probably be a much better way to listen to your music and such without disturbing others. And maybe just avoid talking so loud. : D

Im getting a new pair of headphones soon so that wont be a problem anymore but I mean there is like no insulation on my walls so even loud whispering in the heat of the moment at 3am wakes my dad up,
