I am looking to buy these speakers:
http://cpc.farnell.com/jsp/level5/module.jsp?moduleId=cpc/634659.xml
Technical Data
VDSMB10
Speaker Size (Nom) 6.5"
Power (Max)120W
Impedance 8Ω
Frequency Response 60
Sensitivity (1W/1m) 91dB
Dimensions (Dia. x D)⌀
Weight 677

I therefore need an amp to go with it. Please could you link me to a compatible one, which would work well. Its only for the kitchen so do not need anything fancy. Something around the £10 mark please

What sort of volume difference will it make between 20w per channel and say 50w per channel. As in the kitchen there is other noise, so you need a good volume

you also need to keep in mind the efficiecy of the speakers, how many Db per watt. Also make sure the power rating of an amplifier is in watts RMS. All other watts ratings that seem too good to be true for the price are likely to be PEAK watts, which mean nothing, it is a peak power in a split second that will be distorted sound. Hope that helps.
