Speakers in correct position?

So I have SP-10600-019 speakers, they're just cheap old things, but for now until I get a gaming set then they'll have to do. I just discovered today they might be switched around. When listening to "Falling Inside the Black" by Skillet I notice my speakers were playing out of the opposite side that my headset was playing out of. I see many videos of the speakers being adjusted the same as mine (volume speaker on the left) and yet still the audio is opposite.

Is this a problem with my headset or the speaker? If so can I fix it with drivers or will I just have to swap the speakers?

Please help ASAP.

Use the windows utility to test the L/R functions. its possible you might need to turn your headset around too

Yeah, turns out I have had my speakers in the opposite positions this whole time!! Whoops!!! Stupid me. When I flipped them around I was turning the opposite way for footsteps, so it turns out I have just be attuned to turning the opposite way when hearing footsteps in cod..
