I will be brief, but concise:
1. Phone reached a point it would only charge with one cable.
2. Rapid battery discharge.
3. Battery swelled
4. Using a new battery wont work.
5. USB to computer, the computer doesnt recognize device.
I got it to boot into safe mode before it died. If I squeeze the phone, or weight it down with a phone book, it will attempt to charge, then nothing. If I use the "good" battery, the phone will boot to the first Samsung screen and go black. I have a substantial tech background, and failed to do what I scream at my users about. That being backup your stuff. This has data on here that is priceless to me. I am considering buying the wireless charger so I can extract the data. But I also don't want to buy something that might not work.
