Spiteful ex sabotaged laptop

Hi my ex girlfriend has put a new password into the dell inspiron 1545 laptop and no matter what i do i cant get past the login screen. Can anyone advise?

hi premkz, thanks for replying. i'v already tried that and all it does is takes me straight back to the login screen. I cannot get in to run anything from the laptop, my buddy googled it and done it thru the google site but alas, no luck.
