Didn't, like, all the sidekick servers crash at one point? Didn't something like 30 million people lose thier data? I joined T-Mobile last year, and thought about buying a sidekick, but was discouraged by the rep. He said that they aren't selling new ones, they aren't supporting the old ones, and that they never really recovered from what happened. Some kind of inherent flaw in the design. Hopefully Samsung will do better.

you guys realise RIM isn't going anywhere in the forseeable future, many buinesses provide only RIM phoens ot thier employees, in my town all real estate agents have to use a RIM as that is what the people have learned to use and nto everybody is tech savy and can figure out how to use a phone that they haven't had their hand held on every step... android for individualy RIM for companies seems to be the way of things for now and forseeable future... with us WebOS users left out in the cold sadly... i'll hgave to get a droid soon ... this sidekick looks nice... but as its on team mobile and after losing all thier data a whiel back i also say pass
