I am not able to open Google website.. and YouTube but other websites are fine.. what is the problem .. iam getting a error like this

Check the system time on your computer. If the time is way off, SSL can have problems.

There's another post here somewhere. It may also depend on the version of windows you're using like XP

Some sites / or and browsers no longer support it
