Startup problem error

Hi
My Hp 2000 note troubles me like anything. While working it shutsdown due to chargeoff. After getting charged it populates on black screen as Press esc for startup
F1. System information
F2 system diagnostics
F9 boot options
F10 BIOS Setup
F11 System recovr
F12 network boot
ENTER Continue start uo

I have tried all the keys but not getting startup.

Pleass guide me

I had a friend's HP Laptop experience the same issue. I found that it wan't the antivirus but, the windows updates (automatic) that was causing the issues. His lap top was using vista as the os.
