I wiped my laptop because i wanted to clear space of my MSI Ghost Pro GS60 2QE Laptop running on a Win10x64 and when it booted back up after the wipe i got an error when i started the steelseries engine saying "Driver not available, application will exit". so I used http://faq.steelseries.com/questions/393/When+I+try+to+load+up+the+SteelSeries+Engine%2C+I+get+an+error+saying+%22Driver+not+available%2C+application+will+exit%22
And did get past the error but like always you fix one problem and another happens so when it loaded the steelseries couldn't find my device
"http://faq.steelseries.com/questions/386/Even+though+I+have+my+device+plugged+in+and+working,+the+SteelSeries+Engine+still+says,+%22Please+connect+a+SteelSeries+Engine+-+compatible+device+to+start%22" Then I tried to do this but this didnt work out and did nothing for me and just said my device drivers were already up to date.
If anyone knows a fix and is willing to help me out i'd be very appreciative, Thank you.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First, do uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the keyboard driver.
- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been removed and it should reinstall automatically after the reboot.
- Do also make sure that the old SteelSeries sofware has been uninstalled from Programs and Features as well.
- After the reboot do install the SteelSeries software again.
- Here's the link: http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/nb/SteelSetup_2.9.2015.1.exe_2.9.2015.1.zip
- Reboot the laptop again after installing this software then test it again after it reboots.
