Steelseries Siberia V2 left side not working

I was wearing my Siberia v2 and it fell off of me and pulled the cable somehow. Now when I try it, only the right side has any sound. I tried pulling around with the wires but nothing worked. I can't find any wire pulled out in the speakers or mic control either. Is it just borked? if so would anyone suggest the GameCom 377?

I just fixed mine, the mic/volume controller on the cable is the problem, you have to open that up and see how the wires are connected to the board.

the green wire is the problem, it has probably gotten loose, you have to attach it with the right tools, you probably know somebody who can help you and it will only take 5-10 minutes.
