stream hdmi to usb port on the laptop

Hi, my device has a hdmi port output and is there any way or open source converter to watch the stream from the device on my laptop using the USB port on the laptop and the stream and open with my software
I provided 2 items (HDMI to USB Capture) that work software itself and output close for other software under (C#, C++ ,etc) and i can not play on my software
