Streaming live from a computer camera to a televison

I have two different office buildings and one has a camera on the top of a big monitor. I want to be able to turn that camera on and have a live stream of that office displayed on a television in the other office. How would I do that?

If your monitor has a camera on top, then it probably has video conferencing hardware with it. Find the manufacturer of that hardware.
