So I got a laptop(clevo n850ep6) and this are the main specs
gtx 1060 6gb
i7 8750h 2,2ghz 6-core
8gb ram
1080p 144hz

And i was playing fortnite on epic with around 120-140 fps.
I wanted to play with a external monitor so i did. Frame rates were good and everything was stable.
The next day I started my laptop without external screen and out of nowhere my laptop could only run fortnite with 90 fps and a cpu that gets 95C. I see that my laptop monitor is connected to my intel integrated graphics. I can't seem to find a solution. I already reinstalled my gpu drivers but that didn't work.

The laptop has only been like 2 weeks.

Solution
Well at least you know what the problem is.

First glance at the manual talks about a HYBRID GRAPHIC system, says to switch between Integrated and dedicated graphic automatically, but it also mentions a CUSTOMIZATION OPTION. I would read that portion of the manual carefully.
