Hello! I have a comparison question and 2 other questions.
1)
I'm stuck between these 2 laptops. The Predator 17 and the MSI-GS72 Stealth-Pro.

Predator: http://www.xoticpc.com/acer-predator-17-78v5.html
MSI: http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemNumber=N82E16834154187

I know that the Predator has the GTX 980m whereas the MSI laptop has the GTX 970m, which makes the Predator a better choice for gaming. (Also Xoticpc has a sale right now for 3% cash discount which makes the Predator 17 cheaper by a little bit, which is nice)
But I like how thin the MSI laptop is compared to the Predator. (I have been using the Dell Inspiron N7110 17" for over 4 years now so I am used to a heavy laptop.. So I wouldn't mind using/carrying around the Predator.) Let me know your thoughts on these 2 laptops with the specs, prices and everything else.

2)
If you click on the Predator to Customize it, if you scroll down it has an option to have "Copper Cooling" Is it worth it? Would it be worth getting or just a, "Nice to Have, but Don't Really Need It" kind of thing.

3)
With the GeForce GTX 1080 and 1070's out, should I wait until late July/August so the prices of these laptops will go down? Or just get these laptops now?

Thanks for reading!

I'd recommend http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152937

It's on sale for $1289, plus a $100 rebate right now... Pretty good deal, saves you enough $ to upgrade storage however you like and the processor is unlocked. From the research I've done, if you're not planning on connecting the laptop to a higher resolution monitor or a multiple-monitor setup, a 970m should be plenty to play any game that's out right now on max at 45+ FPS. 980m is overkill.

I suspect polaris and pascal will be an even bigger step forward in laptops than desktops so its worth waiting a bit if your not in a hurry. The newegg link doesnty seem to work

I like how much you can upgrade with the Predator. I'm leaning more towards the Predator because I don't see anywhere else a 980m for 1,500. Every other laptop with that GPU is over 1,800. Or just under.
