Stuck on bios HELP

I left my asus rog gl503 notebook for a couple hours, when i came back it started to upgrade the bios and the progress bar isn't moving. Can some one help?

Have you tried contacting Asus? Keep it plugged in an turned on until you find directions or someone to help.
