Stuck on Start up

Hey i have a Lenovo G51-35 its brand new ive only had if for a week and it has been working perfectly until yesterday i go to turn it on and it stays stuck on start up

Its been stuck on the start up the screen shows Lenovo and the windows 10 loading circle. The computer has started and i am now in my desktop.... But what has happend now is that the taskbar wont load anything i tired Ctrl+Alt+Delete and i waited for a few then the screen has turned black... The only thing i see on the screen is the cursor. And apologies if i don't make the best description.And this who thing loops over and over again
