sudden blank screen

I was watching movies from my laptop (acer aspire v5 touch screen) when suddenly my cat walk on the keyboard and the screen went blank. I tried ctrl alt dlt, f2 f9 f10 enter and f12 power button but nothing works. My laptop battery is not removable, Any suggestions?

Hi,

It might have went into Hibernate mode, do try these following troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Do a hard reboot, unplug the laptop from it's AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds the boot it back up.
- If that doesn't work, connect an external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it and if you do press the Windows key + P at the same time and select Computer Only then press Enter.

Hopefully this steps will work.
