Suddenly can't acces to Aptio Setup Utility

My computer: ASUS G55VW notebook, windows 10 (originally win7)

So I had these problems with my video card driver, so I thought updating BIOS would help.
I had the BIOS update file on my memory stick, but when I select Start Easy Flash, it says: WARNING: Not Found.
So I changed one USB setting there, if it would help, not sure witch one, but it was somewhere under the USB Configuration.
And now I can't open Aptio Setup Utility, even tough I'm pressing F2 during startup. It definitely worked before.

What did I do wrong there? How can I access to the Aptio Setup Utility now?

Hi,

Try to reset BIOS first by reseating the CMOS battery itself. It's located inside the laptop, take it off for couple of seconds but it back in then see if you'll be able to load BIOS. If Windows would still load, see if you can install BIOS version 217.
