Super amazing tv but without clear image DX

Hello!!!, firsst time writing in this comunity 😛, well I'm looking what happened to the this tv->http://imgur.com/HjQg1R3, I think is the t-con also the flex... What do you think guys?, I don't see anything like this on the web so, is there anyone who saw that before? or a friend? or the neighbor's cat saw that? anyone D; x.x
