Surface 3 clean Win10 install issues

I have a windows 10 installer on my USB surface is booting from it but touch screen is not working i cant click next to complete the installation how can i install the windows any ideads? maybe i should download the windows for Surface?
BTW Surface is dead it is not booting windows

It should still be under warranty.

I think your issue is you need to install drivers for the Touch-Screen, I think your going to have to connect a USB keyboard
