The title says it all. I have a budget of approximately 400 $, and I'm a student looking to get a new laptop... Which of these two would be more useful, and which of these would be more powerful?

This one comes off the top of my head: http://www.amazon.com/Transformer-T100HA-C4-GR-10-1-inch-Touchscreen-Laptop/dp/B014854RGK

http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Toshiba-Satellite-Click-10-LX0W-C64M-Signature-Edition-2-in-1-PC/productID.320751300

The thing about these, is they both come with keyboards and are still cheaper than the surface 3. Now if the surface 3 came with the keyboard for the same $399, then it would of been a pretty good deal.

Now, keep in mind, the surface 3 is still going to be top notch, construction wise, these other tablets are a tad flimsier, but for the price they are good products.
Surface 3 BY FAR. The Asus TP200SA has the lowest budget CPU Intel makes, the Atom N3050 dual core. By comparison, the Surface 3 has the most powerful Atom CPU Intel makes, so performance wise, your probably looking at 3x better speed with the surface 3.

However, there are better options than the surface 3 which is overpriced.
