Solution SinxarKnights Jan 10, 2017 According to your manual (p42), you need to plug your optical cable into the rear of the TV then plug the other end into your receiver. There is also a firmware update for the TV as well that solves some audio issues. If you don't have an optical input on the receiver, you can buy a DAC to convert from 5.1 digital to stereo analog.
