switching input makes av black and white

My AV connection on LG web OS tv becomes black and white whenever i switch inputs... its solved when i turn off and then turn on the TV. But I don't want to restart my tv everytime I switch from youtube or other apps to AV. Please help.

It doesn't sound like that is anything you can repair simply. Maybe replacing the input board if it has one.
