T520 Hard boot fine. Soft boot/Reboot doesn't recognize the hard drive.

As the title indicates. If I power up(hard boot) my T520 laptop, it boots to the SSD just fine. Any time I restart the laptop, it doesn't recognize the SSD and can't find it. If I then turn it off and hard boot again, I have no problem going straight into Windows.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
