Tab 3 Charging problem

I've got samsung galaxy tab 3 and I've been using it since last 1 year .. but now it has got a problem .. it gets 100% charged with in about 10 to 15 mints .. nd dan gets down to 1% if i use it for 10 mins .. why ? What should I do to fix dis problem

Well, for one thing, it should not (and cannot) charge that quickly. So either your battery is getting incorrect readings, or it's deteriorated to the point where it can't hold a substantial charge. Would look into replacing the battery if possible.
