I don't know what tablet I have to fix boot loop

if it's stuck on bootloop... you may have to enter recovery and wipe cache, if that doesn't work then wipe data (factory reset, be prepared to loose downloaded apps and probably pics and music located in the internal memory)

Try pressing and holding for 10-15 seconds power button + volume up... if that doesn't enter recovery try power + volume down.
