Task manger help

My task manger is saying the my CPUs is running at 3.8ghz when it's maximum speed is 3.4ghz, is this task manger being a dumb or is this because my cpu is being over cloaked?? plz Help and CPUs is a intel i5-4670k

According to Intel - http://ark.intel.com/products/75048/ - the Max Turbo Frequency is 3.8 GHz. So what you see appears to be normal.
