I just purchased the TCL TV above and have hooked up my soundbar via the optical channel. I have a cable box in HDM1, ps4 in HDMI2, and a computer in HDMI3/ARC slot.
My issue is that when using the youtube app on the TV and going to a dolby digital surround test video, when the left or right channel is shown playing in the video, both my left and right surround speakers play. Can anyone help diagnose this issue and get my surround to respect the each sided channel?
