The TV shut off while watching and I checked the power cord and turned it back on and it was upside down Looking for a solution or fix

Hello, these tv's have an option for rotating the TV upside down, but usually only in the service menu. My guess is that your tv shutdown incorrectly and your eeprom (settings memory) is corrupted.

Have you did a factory reset of the settings? If not, a firmware upgrade or reinstall might solve the issue.
