After being without TCM for several days, I decided to call my
programming company (NPS), and was told that TCM has been taken off
C-Band permanently!

There is a DCII (4DTV Compatible) signal for TCM that is on G1-15, but it is
encrypted and not available to TVRO customers. To add insult to injury
Turner is migrating from DCII to SA PowerVU, so that will stretch the carrot
out even further from the TVRO viewer.
