15yrs is WAY too much. big deal he duped some testosterone filled teenagers into doing something stupid. any person should understand that if you take a photo of your dick and post it online, be prepared for the whole world to see it and get over it. His behaviour deserves some punishment, but please, 15yrs, I could kill someone and get FAR LESS than that.

Please read the article or any of the comments. He then used the photos and videos to blackmail the kids into preforming sexual acts with him. It was for the blackmail and sexual acts not the scam.
