Television issue not sure what to call it.

So It usually shows the previous thing I have done in the background, but this was from 2 days ago it hasnt gone away it, it usually does not sure if the tv is dieing or what the issue is wasnt really sure what to search up heres a picture thats the playstation store before it just loads in it shows it better.

Oh yes and the TV is an LG - Model# 42LG50

This is called image persistence. Have a look at the following definition:

The correction for this can be to leave the TV off for awhile. Also if you have a way to view photos on your TV, you could create a JPEG in Paint on your computer which is completely white, then display it on your TV.

Must have been sitting on the Menu for a DVD for True Blood.
