Temperatures Montioring

Hey folks:

After learning about CPUID and its function of system Temperatures monitoring, i love using it ever since. And now i want something more!

If such software exists; Does anyone know of a Temperatures monitoring tool that keeps track of a log, either in a graph or just a table form of the temp, hourly, 30/min you know what I mean.
