After reading this I have to say that I dont agree with almost 80% thing here said.
And the part for the battery... that is just sad. Battery life is very bad for such a big watch.

For example - Huawei GT 3 Pro will go 14-16 days with all options on (except GSP 24/7). And it will do everything what Ultra does and some things better.
Only better thing on Ultra is a sleep tracking.

I am telling this from experience. I have both watches and quality and battery life of apple watches is just so bad that it is sad.
