the audio is lagging behind the video

hi, baisically whatever i watch on my laptop(anything from downloaded videos to youtube,Netflix,), the audio is lagging behnd the video and it't startinhg to really annoy me. i have a windows 10 hp laptop. PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you tried updating your Adobe Flash player? If it is out of date, you can get this problem.

Check the Adobe website and see if your version is the most up to date one or if you need an update.
