The best Cooler Pad for 17.3 inch notebook(around 50-70$)

Hi guys, so i am looking for notebook Cooler Pad for 17.3 inch HP Envy dv7t 7000 quad edition,which will be reliable and fast.Budget is around 50-70$,suggest one...

Note:I am not an extreme gamer,i want this Pad mostly for medium gaming ,video editing,web surfing and 1080p videos
