My mobile consists android v 4.2.2.
And my mobile is galaxy grand neo.
I want upgrade it to 4.4.3 how can I please help me, out

If there is no update listed in the phone's settings, then there is no update for this device. It would then not accept a newer version of Android. Not without rooting the device, which I cannot assist with nor would I recommend as it can brick the phone.
