Solved! The letters on my keyboard are all wrong

all of a sudden my keyoard on my laptop started typing all wrong letters and numbers. I may have accidentally hit a few buttons in the function key area to cause this. how do i undo it?Im typing this now from my wireless keyboard that works fine, its only the one on my laptop that is acting up. thank you

Is there a number lock key on the keyboard? If so, try pressing that a few times to see if that makes things right again.

check the language setting on the keyboard/might be english/uk...set to english /usa
