The picture is tiny in the upper left hand corner.

We have a 46" Samsung TV. Today the picture is small only in the upper left corner. The rest of the screen in black.
Wondering what to do?
I tried unplugging and then plugging in again.

Is it the whole picture but just small? Do you have kids? Use the remote to try and figure it out

Does the HDTV support "picture in a picture"? If so, toggle the setting to see if it changes back to normal.
