The requested resource is in use trojan virus

So last night, I was looking to install this program, and I guess I made a noob mistake because after that I had several new programs that I didn't install installed, but I was able to remove most of them, though however I can't open my antivirus or anything that would be able to remove the trojan, it just pops up with an error that says "The requested resource could not be found". I have tried to reset my PC numerous times, but the virus will not allow me to do that. I have a Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 15 5558 laptop, if that helps.

I was attempting to install daemon tools and the malware seems to be called winvmx

If it runs get trojan remover update it then click on scan

Or use adwcleaner

Now is the time you want to start considering recovering from last nights disk image, or a clean wipe and reinstall.

Find a virus remover that boots from a DVD or USB.
Kaspersky, for instance.

This prevents the thing from running in the first place.

I'm also having this problem. Right now I'm trying to fight off a Trojan: Win32/Rundas.A and whenever I try to open a downloaded virus installer .exe it reads the requested resource is in use. Could use some help.
